INKWELL is a multi-tenant publishing platform that enables organizations and communities to create, manage, and distribute digital publications. The Platform provides content management, AI-assisted writing tools, audience management, and distribution capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and publish on the Platform. By publishing content, you grant INKWELL a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content through the Platform as part of the service.

You agree not to publish content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code, spam, or deceptive material
• Harasses, threatens, or promotes violence against any person or group
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors

5. Tenant Responsibilities

Organizations operating publications ("Tenants") on the Platform are additionally responsible for:

• Managing their publication's content and editorial standards
• Complying with applicable data protection laws for their readers
• Maintaining appropriate terms and privacy policies for their publication
• Timely payment of subscription fees

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by INKWELL and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Platform provides AI-assisted tools for content creation. Content generated with AI assistance is provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any AI-generated content before publication.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INKWELL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
